The stable and extremely light honeycomb structure consists of a large number of small tubes that are thermally connected to one another. In the event of an impact, they deform flatly and absorb energy. Thanks to the stable construction, Koroyd also enables greatly enlarged openings in the helmet surface, which guarantee excellent ventilation.
