The Alpina Carapax 2.0 is right at home on the trails. With this revised version of the successful model, you'll always make the right choice off-road, whether going uphill or downhill. It's a true all-rounder in the off-road sector and one of the lightest enduro models on the market. The Run System Ergo Flex ensures maximum comfort and safety.

The adjustment system impresses with its intricate design and secures the helmet evenly around the head in a 360-degree radius. A bicycle helmet simply cannot be adjusted more individually, smoothly, or comfortably. Another plus for comfort: the removable padding. It ensures a consistently comfortable fit – no matter how hot the terrain gets. The Carapax 2.0's low weight is achieved through in-mold construction, in which the outer shell is thermally bonded to the Hi-EPS. This creates a strong surface connection, resulting in a very stable construction. The lower edge of the helmet is protected by the additional polycarbonate Edge Protect shell.

Thanks to the Seamless Connection, it fits seamlessly against the upper shell. For maximum safety on rough trails, the rear and temple areas extend further down, providing even greater head coverage. Large ventilation openings ensure optimal airflow, insect screens keep bugs away, and the height-adjustable visor guarantees additional protection for your eyes.
