Hope has a suitable pedal for all ambitious enduro and downhill riders. The pedal body, which is machined from a solid block, rotates around a stable axle made of high-strength Cr-Mo steel and has a large contact surface with the shoe for good power transmission and a secure footing. Seven adjustable pins on each side also increase grip even in the most adverse conditions. The contact surface can be adapted to your shoe using exchangeable plates.
The click mechanism and the stainless steel cleats are resistant to external influences and will accompany you on your tours for many years. The bearings taken from the F20 pedal are effectively shielded from the elements by special seals. Water and dirt, which can lead to premature bearing wear, have no chance of getting inside! 3 deep groove ball bearings and a self-lubricating plain bearing ensure smooth and easy running.
There are two versions of the cleats available: you can choose between 4° freedom of movement / 12° release angle or 5° freedom of movement / 13° release angle. Both cleats have a lateral play of 2 mm so that your foot is always optimally positioned.
