The new GFR1 gravity grip series was developed and tailored precisely to the ideas and wishes of Tahnée Seagrave (UK) and her teammates. Ergon developers always work very closely with athletes and teams.
This is the only way to design products for a target group with high demands and for use at the limit. The handle is slim for maximum feedback, but offers extremely high levels of cushioning in the palm area thanks to the slats on the top. The lower grip zone (fingers) is particularly strong in order to minimize the gripping forces when pulling up the front wheel.
The inner stop also improves the quick positioning of the hand and ensures full operation of the gear lever. Thanks to the high-strength inner clamp made of aluminum, the handle remains twist-proof even with carbon handlebars.
