• No pain, no numbness - hand discomfort while cycling is widespread, especially on longer rides. Conventional, rounded, or seemingly ergonomic grips often cause numbness in the fingers, as well as pain and irritation in the palms of the hands and wrists. Discomfort in the forearms and upper arms, as well as in the neck and shoulders, can also often be attributed to unsuitable grips.
