ION Elbow Pads E-Lite

The new E-Lite Zip elbow pads from ION offer medium protection and are geared towards enduro use (protection level EN1621-1:2012/L1). The removable E-L1 Lite pad offers more than just protection against abrasion and easily absorbs light to medium impacts. The pre-shaped pads follow the downhill position of the elbows and adjust ergonomically. A seamless, abrasion-resistant layer on the front ensures that the pads are slip-resistant so that they do not slip in the event of a fall. The extremely durable and tightly woven aramid material also contributes to the robustness. Integrated EVA pads on the sides protect against light impacts.

Ultra_Aramid: synthetic fiber, originally developed by DuPont - material offers outstanding qualities in terms of tear and abrasion resistance and is therefore particularly suitable for protectors

No Sew Abrasion Element: Additional fabric on the outside that prevents the protector from moving in the event of an impact. It also protects the material underneath, thus contributing to a longer lifespan of the product.

Lightweight_EVA Side Padding: closed-cell foam – lightweight and flexible protection wherever you need it

SAS-TEC Main Padding: 3D protectors made of viscoelastic soft foam with incredible damping values
