The Minion DHF combines proven elements such as bevelled studs for low rolling resistance and smooth running with cut studs for more grip. This makes it the perfect all-rounder for enduro and freeride use. With its excellent straight-line stability and cornering stability, it offers a clearly defined limit range, making it a recommendation for everyone.

Tubeless Ready (TR)

Tubeless tires have many advantages: You can ride with less air pressure. This gives you better traction and reduces rolling resistance. And where there is no tube, the risk of punctures is also reduced. MAXXIS TR tires are better prepared for installation with sealant than other "tubeless ready" tires. The bead of our TR tires is completely covered with a layer of rubber, just like a real UST tubeless tire. This means that tubeless installation is successful on all rims with standard dimensions after the first inflation and with little liquid. "Normal" MAXXIS MTB tires can also be installed tubeless with sealant, like tires from other manufacturers, because the carcass fabric is very dense. However, only the new MAXXIS TR models are officially approved for tubeless installation and guaranteed by MAXXIS. Tubeless installation of other models is at your own risk.

Note: We strongly advise against using sealant that contains ammonia. Ammonia has been proven to attack the carcass and, depending on the amount used, can weaken it by up to 30% after just a few months.

EXO Protection

This extremely cut and abrasion resistant material protects the sidewall of various MTB tires. It is very tightly woven, light and very flexible. This means that the performance of the tires remains consistently impressively good.

3C MaxxTerra

The right 3C mixture for our enduro and freeride tires. This mixture is characterized by smooth running uphill and excellent grip downhill, as well as a long service life.
