The Phase Base is the first choice for every trail biker. It shines with its low weight and first-class driving characteristics. The perfectly processed carbon fibers are extremely impact-resistant and give the rim incredible stability. This means precise steering movements are possible at all times. A special production process makes reworking and painting unnecessary. This saves even more grams.
The very generous 30 mm inner width, together with the slightly outward-facing sidewall, gives the tire an optimally round shape, which is reflected in better grip and more comfort. The latter is also promoted by the very flat profile. Newmen has opted for a hookless rim flange. This has been further reinforced compared to the light version and can withstand possible punctures better. This means that you can ride with low air pressure and thus achieve optimal tubeless compatibility.
