As always, the three models – VILLACH, VILLACH TRIGGER, and VILLACH LOBSTER – differ only in their construction: The VILLACH 3 finger glove is a popular classic, while the LOBSTER and TRIGGER versions have joined fingers for even greater protection against the cold, without compromising the flexibility of operating the brakes and gears. All three share the innovative PrimaLoft® Gold insulation with Cross Core™ technology and aerogels. Aerogels, originally developed for the aerospace industry, are highly porous structures with very low density, consisting of over 95 percent air. The advantage for gloves: an excellent volume-to-weight-to-warmth ratio. On the back of the hand, windproof WINDSTOPPER® material by GORE-TEX LABS forms a reliable barrier against icy winds. To keep the heat in and ensure a perfect fit, Roeckl Sports has equipped the VILLACH 3 with a long knitted cuff and a stretchy wrist strap. Elastic, breathable ROECK-GRIP® synthetic suede on the palm provides a non-slip, highly tactile, and comfortable grip on the handlebars. Speaking of comfort: the foam padding on the palm optimizes the feel, as does the seamless COMFORT-INNOVATION thumb padding. What else? A wipeable thumb made of soft WINDSTOPPER® material by GORE-TEX LABS fleece, TOUCHSCREEN COMPATIBLE functionality, and generous reflective design elements on the back of the hand and palm edges.
