Spank Oozy LTD VIBRO CORE handlebar, 760mm

The Spank Oozy Vibrocore, featuring the new patented Vibrocore technology, is the latest generation of the legendary Oozy handlebar. Developed in collaboration with the Hannah sisters, the Vibrocore technology suppresses vibrations in the handlebars. This improves bike control and reduces arm pump and numbness, making them a thing of the past.

Features:

• Can be shortened to a width of 730 mm
• Thanks to Virbrocore technology, vibrations in the handlebars are suppressed. This makes the bike easier to control. Numbness and the "arm pump" effect are noticeably reduced.
• CNC bending is a special bending and drawing process from Spank that ensures constant and precise production throughout the entire handlebar manufacturing process.
• MGR (Mechanical Grain Refinement) describes a mechanical process that optimizes the reduction and consistency of various aluminum grain sizes and structures. The result is improved strength, hardness, and formability. This process is used, among other things, in the production of Spank rims, handlebars, and stems.
• XGT stands for Extreme Gradual Taper. This means the handlebar wall thickness varies at different points. Compared to a continuous wall, this saves a significant amount of weight without compromising stability.
• Dual Extreme Gradual Taper describes the further development of Spank's XGT technology. Here, the wall thickness increases again towards the handlebar end. This gives the handlebar even greater stability, especially in crashes. Spank calls this area "Impact Ends".
• The bar ends on all available Spank handlebars are massively reinforced and can therefore withstand even heavy falls, tensile forces or impacts without suffering major damage.
