All the suspension travel in the world is useless without the right shock tuning and kinematics. When developing the new Stumpjumper EVO, we put kinematic performance first. By applying lessons learned from developing the Enduro and more than 1,000 hours of development work in the field and suspension lab, we not only improved Stumpjumper's pedaling performance, we also made it more capable, agile and lively. We increased the anti-squat value so the suspension can better handle pedal bobbing, and we further improved bump performance when hitting square edges. Bottom line? This thing shreds trails, not legs.
