While Innerbarends® bring the hands inward, improving aerodynamics on long, straight stretches, the classic bar ends of Stuby® grips offer the advantage of allowing more power to be applied to the pedals when going uphill by pulling on the outside of the handlebar. This applies both when out of the saddle and when seated.

Nevertheless, even on long and straight stretches, the strain on the hand, but also on the shoulder and neck, can be changed and reduced by gripping the bar ends.

This is the great advantage of the Stuby® shape: the unique shape allows the bar ends to be gripped very far back. This creates a more upright back position. At the same time, the Stuby® bar end can also be gripped like conventional bar ends, creating a more sporty riding position.
Despite its compact design, the Stuby® handle offers many different grip options.
