The SQlab 612 Ergowave® was specifically developed to meet the needs of racers on road bikes and mountain bikes. Its wave-like shape and raised rear provide perfect posterior support and optimal pressure distribution deep into the body's structures, significantly improving power transfer to the pedals.

The lower nose, combined with the central recess, creates more space and freedom for the perineal area. The flat yet slim SQlab MaxContact® saddle nose, along with the firm padding, has been optimally tailored to the needs of road cycling on the 612 model. The saddle's flex characteristics are designed for optimal comfort up to 75 kg. The maximum load should not exceed 90 kg.

• Saddle width system: SQlab saddles are available in up to five different widths. The correct width is determined by the SQlab sit bone measurement or you can determine it at home.
• SQlab MaxContact®: The flattened, narrow saddle nose offers a larger contact area and therefore better pressure distribution than conventional saddles.
• Effective saddle width: Saddle width refers to the effectively usable seating area, not the overall width. SQlab maximizes this area.
• Sporty rear end: The raised rear provides support to the rear and ensures more efficient power transmission.
• Deep saddle nose: The deeper saddle nose puts less pressure on sensitive areas of both men and women.
• The dip: The slight indentation in the saddle reduces pressure on sensitive areas of the perineum.
• Deep and flat: The slightly curved, flat saddle nose provides a larger contact area and less pressure.
• Saving energy: The wave shape of the Ergowave® models fits perfectly to bulbous ischial tuberosities and avoids energy-sapping protective postures.
