The Daytona helmet series completely redefines the marriage of technology, safety and artistic design. The D4 Carbon helmet from Troy Lee Designs once again sets new standards. We managed to strategically increase strength and durability while keeping the overall weight to a minimum. This model also features an integrated MIPS brain protection system, lightweight titanium D-rings, a collarbone suspension system, quick-detachable XT2 3D cheek pads and a washable Ionic liner.
This helmet is specifically designed for and intended for cycling activities, including mountain biking and off-road cycling.

- Three shell sizes for better adaptation to different head sizes and the age of the rider to improve overall safety
- Removable, washable comfort inner lining made of moisture-transporting Coolmax® and Dri-lex® material
- Superlight titanium D-rings save weight and offer greater tensile strength

Outer shell: 49% carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP), 47% glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP), 4% aramid (Kevlar®)
Inner shell: 100% expanded polystyrene (EPS)
Lining: 100% Polyester (Headliner) // 75% Polyurethane, 25% Polyester (Cheekpads)
