The Nerd JR is the ultimate mountain bike for kids. With 120mm of travel front and rear, 24" wheels and the option to upgrade to 26", the Nerd will last for years and handle any type of riding. When developing this bike, great importance was placed on the set-up. It's not just another addition to the product range like many other children's bikes - NS has taken this project very seriously. The goal was for it to grow with the child and be suitable for different types of mountain biking - from XC to freeride. One of the most important features is the ability to upgrade the wheel to 26" when the time comes. After the wheel swap, the bike still maintains the correct geometry, thanks to the included set of offset damper bushings that lower the handlebars and reduce the head angle, thereby the handling of the bike is optimized for older children (who will likely ride faster and more aggressively). Developed and tested by the NS Bikes founder and his son, this is truly a dream children's bike.
